Depending on the type of koi, It will range between $200.00 – $1,000.00 for a full grown (12″- 36″) sometimes it may range even higher, a koi show in japan sold it’s prize winning koi for around $300,000! All prices listed in USD
as your koi are friendly you could try hand feeding them brown bread with honey on, my koi really enjoy it but as they haven’t been used to our pond for a while they are a bit shy. but its a nice thing to see anyway. great pond btw
nice koi! i saw this man feeding koi fish mini pork weiners and the koi were munching them down…don’t know if this is safe for them but non have died and it’s been a while.
what’s the price for a grown koi in the U.S??
I made mine 3 feet deep with a 1.5 foot ridge in it, if you have to worry about keeping your fish in there over the winter, make it three feet because the fish stay towards the bottom when the water gets colder
