		<description>It really can be both, depending on how you are going to specify your objective. But it would seems that it is more like a biology than chemistry project.

For example, if you are interested in how different kind of bioactivities in different ponds (whether it is because of different kinds or extent) that affect the resultant pH of the water, then, it becomes a biology project.

In order for it to be a chemistry project, you may need more work in order to define the variable that can lead to different pH in different location. It must be something that is not due to bio-organism activities. In other words, maybe it is because of the geographical condition that enhance a particular chemical reaction that lead to a higher or lower pH on top of all the bio-activities, which may be a bit tricky.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
